Ultrasonic Sensors

The ultrasonic sensor sends an ultrasonic pulse from the bottom of the clamp and the signal is reflected back to the sensor off the bottom of the plunger. The sensor measures the return time and gives an accurate position reading for the clamp.

Low/High Valve

  • Clamp with lower pressure to position parts then clamp with high pressure once sequence pressure has been met on the rest of the circuit.
  • Common inlet port feeds both sequence and reducing valves in parallel. 5 (SAE 2) manifold ports: 3x Inlet and 2x Outlet. 4 (SAE 4) ports: 2 x Inlet, 2x Outlet.
  • Use with single or double acting devices. Block includes standard Sequence and PRV cartridges.

Alternating Valve

Unlock precise control with our new on-pump Alternating Valve, designed to reduce part stresses during machining. This is achieved by adjusting force levels throughout the machining process using 24 VDC. Apply light force during initial clamping and transition to full force when ready. Alternatively, you could start machining at full force and decrease pressure to reduce stress on the machined part before re-clamping.
